This was a fun-filled day. I had a lot of running around to do for the Mother Daughter Banquet but when I returned home to Mom and Dad's the Davie Florist truck pulled up with a huge, beautiful bouquet from our sweet friends, Josh and Jen. They are so very thoughtful of me and wanted us to know that they are praying for us.
Saturday night Katie had planned a fun "Girls' Night Out" in. We borrowed Amanda's Melting Pot Cookbook and did a fondue night with Amanda. It was a lot of prep work...mainly running all over town searching for the ingredients, but it was a lot of fun! We didn't take any pictures because we were too busy chopping and prepping and trying not to burn the house down. :-)
We miss you Matthew (Daddy)!
