I'm finally trying my hand at this blogging thing. For my first blog, I had hoped to post beautiful pictures of us picking apples in the NC mountains. I had planned to also post some yummy apple recipes and tell how we made applesauce, apple butter and all sorts of apple delicacies....well, not so much, at least not this weekend. We took our little Katelyn back to the doctor this morning to follow up on the ear infection situation and found that the antibiotics are not working and she still has a raging ear infection. Instead of beautiful mountains and fall festivities, we are having a weekend of horrific shots followed by a trip to a ENT specialist. Poor little thing...Anyway, stay tuned for the apple situation....and for updates on Katelyn.
